What we collect
When you sign up on this page, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your venue name and, if you add them, your name, area, venue type and email
- Your WhatsApp number
- Your venue's Instagram handle, if you add it
- Your OK to be contacted on WhatsApp
- Which link brought you here (for example an Instagram message or a QR code) and the page language
We also count page visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies.
Why we collect it
- To send you your free brand check on WhatsApp
- To tell you when Contentplate opens and answer your questions
- To see which of our links work, so we waste less of everyone's time
To prepare your brand check, we look at your venue's public profiles, such as Instagram and Google Maps.
What we never do
We never sell your details, and we don't share them with advertisers. We only use them for Contentplate. The tools that run this site and store sign-ups (for example our website host and our spreadsheet) process them for us.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or when we no longer need it to talk to you about Contentplate.
Delete or change your details
Message us on WhatsApp at [WhatsApp number] or email [email] and say "delete my details". We'll remove them and confirm. You can also tell us to stop messaging you at any time.
